mmako, I used my windows 7 professional 64 bit OEM on my 2010 april macbook pro. I don't see why not.
Home Premium won't see more than 16GB of memory...
what macbook pro offers more than 16GB of RAM. Who would need that much ram anyways? Also, 16BG or ram for MBP is $1400.00 As long as it recognizes 8GB, most people will be happy.
If you know anyone with a student email address (*.edu), he/she can purchase a Win 7 Pro license upgrade key for about $29. It's better than an OEM version since it's portable, but you have to select 32 or 64 bit (not both).
