Newegg has the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OEM Software for $100 - $20 off with coupon code EMCJNHG253 [Exp 10/25] = $80 with free shipping. OEM version is intended for new systems and cannot be transferred to another computer once it is installed. If you're sitting out Windows 8 - which was actually $70 last week.

^ It is estimated that as many as 80% of businesses will never migrate to Win8. Granted a lot of businesses aren't going to buy one copy at a time, but a lot of individuals do have similar needs to businesses.

I've tried windows 8, I'm sticking with 7. Can't stand the user interface downgrade. Actually, if the start menu weren't full screen only, I wouldn't have as much problem with it, but it is, so I do.

Just install classic shell on Windows 8. Just google it. Now you can have both the classic start menu and the new interface.

    Typical Mircrosoft... Windows95 whatever we didn't know much... 98 - good, 2000Me - bad, Xp - good, Vista - Bad, Win7 - good, Win8.... see the trend.

Win 2000 was the best ever, they just let it slide when it came to supporting new hardware/tech.
