Yeah, they have Ultimaye 64-bit. Ben Pro is Home and Pro in one OS. Ultimate adds Star Trek features -- bit and app lockers.

Resellerratings.com gives them a pretty good report. 7.82 out of 10.

Bought a bunch of stuff from them over the years, no problems. Comes quick, well packed (better than E a lot of times)

You know, #1, I'm always a bit thrown by the fact that Ben calls the site eWiz.com, but when you click through you land at Superbiiz.com. I've never bought anything from them, but I'm not too keen on companies that operate under multiple names to try (in my conspiracy theorist mind) to hide from bad reviews they may have gotten. Like when Goldstar Electronics changed their name to LG years back - they were trying to shed the public image of a cheap crap product (which they did quite successfully).

Resellerratings.com does bunch eWiz and Superbiiz (and one I hadn't heard before, Newbiiz) together for ratings purposes. The reviews there seem to be pretty good - I suggest everyone go do some research before sending their credit card info to any online reseller.

and might I suggest anyone interested in actually purchasing this instead check out any forum and download a free copy of it, works just as well and keeps gates from getting a bigger checkbook. if you ever purchased any windows version then you should feel free to get in on the freebie train

If you bought Vista this really should be free. I dodged that bullet myself, picked up a full version of 7 ultimate for $100 through my work.

I haven't said this in many years, but I think 7 is worth the investment. They've finally churned out something that looks more tailored to what we asked for; plus it doesn't make your computer run like garbage. 7 runs just about as good as XP on a 733mhz computer from 12 years ago.

The only thing I hate is the power profiles popup only shows 2 options.

But do you feel that it is a step up from XP, or even a **better** product than XP? And why?
"Run just about as good" is no rationale for using a more expensive machine and spending money on a new OS.

Have to agree with #9, buying a new system today and having it run like XP on a 733MHz system, isn't by itself a justified expense and would run "like garbage" to me.

XP on a 2+GHz system with 2GB+ memory is the sweet spot. Win7 performance differences will be considered negligible when 7 runs as fast on contemporary hardware as XP does on that config.

That doesn't mean you couldn't find the GUI or software and driver support important enough to ignore wasted performance, but that date in time will be different for many people.
