Is this a full version as the amazon ads did not say anything about upgrade? Egghead has the same price too but it did mention that it is the full OEM version! I love amazon because of the $30 GC ! Any advice? How many version of windows 8 are there ?

I like the more aggressive pricing from Microsoft so maybe I shouldn't be shocked to see "Windows Media Center license sold separately." A number of sources suggest that WMC will be available for free through 1/31/2013.
