i got the 8000 for $22, its got bluetooth and 2.4 but its only got 1000dpi
it is totally different though? 8000 isn't bluetrack?

umm, i know my kensington has that feature, it'll auto turn off after 8 minute or so of stand by.. will turn on when you press a button.
