Staples has the Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 6000 for $30 with free shipping. Features Microsoft's new BlueTrack laser technology which allows for use on uneven surfaces. Micro-sized 2,4Ghz USB transceiver is designed to work unobtrusively with notebook computers and can be stowed away inside the mouse.
I own one of these and not impressed at all. This mouse is NOT bluetooth capable. The color of the laser beam is blue, that's all. The buttons feel kind of hard unlike logitech mice. Also the side buttons are just about unusable because of the size and the locations. Overall, this mouse is more like Jeep Wrangler than Lexus although I dont expect much from low end mouse like Microsoft Mobile 6000.
i like the color that it beams from bottom, then again I can thats the only thing I would buy it for... microsoft makes some mouse that looses power on some systems... not sure why but read somewhere.. and is happening to with the trackball on my pc... can't figure out what is causing it... done everything from cleaning to shaking wires to updating drivers.. it does not makes sense.. but on other pc it works great... nope not bad usb plugin either..
I bought the day after Christmas, thinking $29.99 was a good price and wanting a mini usb receiver for my laptop. I regret it. I am going back to my VX Revolution and returning the 6000.
with other cheaper wireless posted eariler.. y would someone want to pay more?
plus.. wired mouse ftw..
Bluetooth FTW
Was $19.99 during black friday at some Staples Stores.
Was $19.99 at Fry's Electronics the week after Black Friday.

I have one and I like it. The buttons clicks very quiet. It tracks well on most surfaces. The nano receiver can stay in all the time.
