This is not the Ipod killer. Zune 2 is the killer. This one is nice for the money though.

New firmware upgrade is great. Makes this Zune like a new device. Best mp3 player for your money by a long ways.
#50, what great is the new firmware. Can you shed some light on this ? Other language support ?
#51, I don't know about other language support. When I did the firmware upgrade today it said not to disconnect in French and Spanish as well as English of course. As for the upgrade, the devices interface is a lot... smoother and looks better (and it was already good in the first place). The Zune marketplace looks 100 times better and much better than iTunes. Anyway, here are the upgrades with the FREE firmware download:
“Beginning on November 13, you will be automatically prompted for a one-click update of your Zune software - with the full line of new features and functionality for your Zune. Your feedback has helped us create the new features, including Wireless Sync, a redesigned and restocked Zune Marketplace and the Zune Social where you can share music, videos and pictures that define you.â€
Also, it will now support podcasts and the Zune Marketplace has a ton of them.
#51, You can change the settings on the device to English, French or Spanish. Also, you can change the radio settings to North America, Japan or Europe.
Just bought the brown for $100.
Even if you don't like the color you could put a skin on it.
