Isn't the file sharing limited on these things? I thought I read somewhere that shared music files can only be played 3 times.

#6, new firmware version eliminates that restriction. At first I thought that my $85 Zune would just be a crappy Microsoft POS but actually I'm loving it.

Sold out or something, says they're currently unavailable Sad
I had it in my shopping cart while I looked around and this came up when I went to check out.

      This is refurbished!

If your local CIricuit city still has the brown zune 30GB in stock it rings up at 99.99 that that's 104.99 taxed in MD

Got two more last week. Sales assoc. did not know. and it took me awhile to get someone to get the thing out of the case to check price, but worth it. Most stores sold out, they have the black and white ones for 199.99, they do not show brown online.

#7, I don't think the new firmware removes the 3 plays restriction, just the 3 days restriction. The wi-fi isn't as big a feature as its made out to be, it's only marginally useful. Buy it for the hard drive space (though you can't use it as a portable drive), the screen, & the price. Everything else is crippled.

Those of us that bought new brown ones from Dell for $96 shipped actually received white ones.

I got the brown one new for $100. What a deal. Great product, and it syncs up well with iTunes if you set the libraries to the same folder. I just open the shitty Zune software to sync, and never use anything.

I love how these are flying off the shelves these days. You can't even get them for $90 anymore.

Got a white and a black from woot when they were $85 ea plus got a free travel kit for buying 2, only paid $5 for shipping no tax.
Best deal, they are great players but my only complain is the equalizer can't be customized.
Anyway, it sound great w/ my noise canceling jabra headphones that I got for $60 from Woot.
      Woot, rocks!
