$85 refurbished today from Woot or
$100 new in one month from Buy.com
I have one of the refurbs Woot sold a couple months ago (white), and it was in perfect condition. I've seen pics of others that weren't in such great shape (scratches, etc). Most stories I've read stated that the Zunes were in pretty darn good shape, though.
FWIW - Woot is very, very good about exchanging things you are not happy with due to the product's condition. If I hadn't already bought one of these, the cheapskate in me would jump on this $85 one, especially since I paid $155 for mine.
Edit: Shoot - I got one anyways. Had a $10 Woot coupon handed out to folks who paid $155 after Woot offered them again at $135. Somebody in my family is getting a brown Zune for Xmas.

I also picked up a black refurb from Woot a while back, and it came in like new shape. The only thing that gave it away was that the box said "refurbished" on it, and the control pad had a few scratches on it. Everything else was perfect.

I believe they made brown for the illegal aliens. The brown version also comes with Spanish as the default language.
