Couple of things: We're talking about new versions of the Zune here, not one from 2006. Secondly, your claim (which you've cut/pasted here) seems dubious as far as an electrical issue is concerned. Sounds to me like you had too much volume going on.

And your treatment regimine? Vitamins? Anti-depressants? Hardly the type of things one would expect a real doctor to prescribe for an actual ear injury.

Good luck, man. If your case is REAL, then pursue it. But if you're just another chump looking to game the system by claiming injury for some fault of your own, that's pathetic.

#1 your story doesn't seem credible. the website you are referring was created last Friday(Feb 1, 2008), for injuries that start happening 13 months ago....
Anyways if this is false I think you should be charged with felony. The phone +1.5105952002 is not answering and the mailbox is full. If anybody has more info please post.

#1: While I will take advantage of a pricing error, I won't stoop so low as to participate in fraud. However, I'm willing to sign over my share of any injury settlement to you in exchange for $1000. BTW, how is the ambulance chasing business going?

Let me guess #1, the first court didn't let your case get to a jury the first time you brought it when you were the only plaintiff. Now you're trying an alternate approach under a class action, probably to get a more favorable venue. How close am I?

And for extra points, I'll guess you lost on summary judgment and that's how your first case got tossed.

Great - instead of Ben's tongue-in-cheek "The ipod killer is here" comment with every Zune deal, we'll now be subject to this doosh's** (fake?) lawsuit BS.

#1, MSFT just spent a load of $$$ to buyout Yahoo.. I don't think they have any money left for your class action lawsuit.

#17, you are an rodeo cowboy of simply stupendous proportions. MSFT has not yet purchased Yahoo! They have simply made an offer to buy them. Do us all a favor and put a loaded gun to your head and pull the trigger. *smirk*

microsoft zune software is a nightmare. if your original file on your pc is moved or renamed on your hard drive or is on a portable drive that happens to be disconnected, it'll delete the file from your zune during sync. that's among other things. also no way to bookmark audio books.

i do not dismiss #1's claim because i know microsoft has gone out of their way to create problems for zune customers.

yes #19, they went out of their way to screw consumers, thats their entire business plan. I mean, that's how they got to where they are right? Scamming their way to the top? That's a hell of a pyramid scheme!
