still.. it's a ripoff.. Sansa's e280 is cheaper than this, is 8gb and can be expanded by another 2gb with a microSD card. You just don't have the meh wireless zune to zune sharing.

Big deal. You can get a Walkman for $10, less if you can live with the 1985 model. I might get one myself, but the 8-track in my console hi-fi is still going strong.

The problem with 8-tracks is the glue they used to attach the tape to the spindle. On most tapes it's all dried up and the tape comes off of the spindle when it reaches the end. Casettes don't seem to suffer from this problem.

Techsupport, there is NO end on 8-track tapes, they are a continuous loop and NOT attached to the spindle....

But they can only hold 8 tracks.
My Motley Crue, Shout At The Devil, cassette has 11 tracks.
