Got this for $800 in an early Nov sale from Dell. Was up to $100 cheaper than this on Black Friday.
Great picture compared to my 9 year old 52" rear projection HD tv. Only gripe (besides the fact that I got the 60" instead of blowing $500 more on the 72") is that is can be slow to switch between the various resolutions Time Warner throws at me. With some HD stations being 720p and other 1080i (with no sense or order in the differing resolutions), I can't channel-surfing a hundred channels during a 60-second commercial.
Oh, well - the quality picture combined with the very low cost make up for that.

With DirecTV the box will convert everything to the same resolution so no lag between say ESPN(720p) and HBO(1080i)
Now when you get to a 3D channel, that's a different story.
