I ordered this and could not figure out the installation - support sucks as bad as the bacon challenged documentation - this company needs to get back to basics.
I managed to get this installed when I got home from happy hour half-loaded on a Friday night, so I'm not sure #1 is talking about.
My only real complaint with it is the flush buttons are plastic and look/feel cheap. Otherwise it is a fine product.
