eBay with 1SaleADay has the Motorola Droid Bionic LapDock for $50 with free shipping. Features full QWERTY keyboard, automatic switching to speakerphone and complete access to a full version of Firefox.
If you want the "full version of firefox" then make sure your Bionic has not taken the ICS update. Once you go to ICS, the webtop software makes this act as if it is an ICS tablet with with touchpad and keyboard instead of a touch screen. You are then stuck with Android based browsers which are not compatible with everything. You also can't flash back to gingerbread because of the moto locked bootloader. There are some projects underway that have potential for providing a full ubuntu desktop. There seem to be equal numbers of people who hate this change as those who love it. I personally like it for what I use it for.
All in all, I would say this accessory is well worth $50. It seems to work well and is a nice thing to take along when you don;t need a full laptop. It has great battery life and even charges the phone. You might also be able to use this with other Moto phones (Razor, etc.) with a small adapter/cable. I think Moto charged almost $500 for this when it first came out but now it's a discontinued feature that will not appear in future Moto phonesbacon that price, it's ridiculous but at $50 it might make sense.

As #1 says a very good deal and it can be modded to work with other moto phones. Getting one for my Atrix HD.
