This a pretty solid performer and the case is great if you like to use it when driving because you can leave it in the car or your pocket and it stays safe. I work construction and mine has bounced all over my f450 and keeps working just fine. The controls are easy to use and sound is more than OK at this price point. Obviously I meant that it was in the case when it was taking the beatings. I've lost two Plantronics to similar beatings so I consider the case a good investment if like me you don't wear it 24/7.
