eBay with All4Cellular has the Motorola SPN5458A Mini-USB Rapid Rate Car Charger with Micro-USB Adapter for $3.25 with free shipping. Has an 8 foot coil cable and is compatible with all micro-USB and mini-USB devices.
Buying unknown car charger, even this fake one, will burn your phone shortly. Trust me, with a few more bucks, buy it at Amazon. It's the best car charger I've ever used.
Don't listen to Elpee. This is a Motorola branded charger, not some Chineeze knock-off. I've been using this exact charger for 4 years now, to the point where the insulation is fraying off the cord, but it charges any of the phones I've thrown on it just fine over the years (Treo Pro, Blackberry 9650, HTC Evo, Samsung G S2, and even a Samsung Note 2.
This thing is bulky for what it does. Many tablets won't run/charge on a 1A charger. Charging things designed for a 1A charger on a 2.1A one a lot can shorten the battery life but is nice in a pinch.. My setup allows running two things, two charge rates, and covers most devices in minimal space. A bit more expensive than this but far more versatile.
@C&B That's not the way electricity works. Devices take as much electricity as they want from something supplying that power, up to the limit of the supply of course. Worrying about putting your 1A-designed phone on a 2.1A charger is like worrying you have a 600W power supply in your computer when you only need a 300W.
Now, heat kills batteries and charging batteries creates heat, so constantly charging your batteries as fast as possible while they're stored in your mittens is a bad idea, but for all practical purposes your phone isn't going to kill itself by charging too fast.
I've had a Motorola-branded charger in my car for years, it works like a champ. Mine is slightly different than this, and I got it off Amazon for like $4, but it's solid as can be.

"Burn your phone"? Roll eyes.
Nowhere do I see a listing for the amperage this thing puts out. Fast charge implies 2.1A. I would recommend a setup like this:
Dual USB with hi/low outputs: http://www.amazon.com/Kensington-PowerBolt-Duo-Charger-iPhone/dp/B003PU01M4
Retractable multiadaptor cord: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AEGCUTE/ref=pe_175190_21431760_3p_M3T1_SC_dp_1
