Amazon has multiple reports of people not being able to get this to work with Comcast, but they seem to be decreasing as time goes on, and specific to the service area. It was a pain getting mine provisioned - timed out a couple of times - but it eventually worked without me having to call customer support. Without upgrading my service, I still got a nice boost in speed from my DOCSIS 2.0 modem.
Did you really get a boost with the Docsis 3.0? How did you measure it?
