same with me #4. Ive been bombarding them with email requests about when it will ship. Its been 8 days for me. Buy.com is proving to be (at least to me) a not so great site to buy from. And thats to bad! We have 5 kids and they love lots of gadgets.

Check out Circuitcity.com. They have even better mini camcorders on sale for around the same price or a little more. And I bet they wont take forever to ship or wont tell u its on back order so that u wont cancel the order. I did cancel my order w/Buy.com and am now waiting for a confirmation that it is in fact cancelled. I really dont think I will buy anything from these guys ever again.

spoke with Buy.com (yes they have a toll free#. Found it on the BBB.com site): 800-800-0800. "Customer Service" told me item is back ordered, no idea when they will have it. Requested order be cancelled. Told me they will forward request to the cancellation dept but no guarantee it will be cancelled. "Im pretty sure it will be." Asked rep whats the problem if its not even in stock? told me I will have to wait and see. itll take 3-5 days before I know. Just not good enough. Filed complaint with the BBB and if it isnt cancelled next is the Attorney General of California.
