I found the answer to the riddle! (Do I get a prize?)

    Manufacturer Response:

    Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the issues that you are having with this product.

A compatibility issue is usually caused by lack of certification and qualification by the system manufacturer, therefore it is the DELL BIOS that is not compatible with our graphics card and very likely some others as well.

Unfortunately, we have no control over how DELL makes their BIOS therefore there is nothing we can do about it.

Please kindly check with DELL for a BIOS update to resolve this issue.

    [Dude, you're getting a Dell...]

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the product, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at usreview@msi.com and we will be more than happy to assist you, thank you.

    Best Regards,
    MSI Review Team | usreview@msi.com

I thought it was because of the high schools they went to... Also note that this card takes the spaces of two slots because the size of the cooling fins... This is totally bogus, Dude...
