As to the Cuda count, remember Keplers took Fermi Cuda's and halved then to get them more efficient. With the 1344 considered that’s essentially 40% but that’s taking it as a 1:1 correlation. Which isn’t completely true as Nvidia has a different way of what determines what a core does, changed the clock, and lastly curtailed the transistor count comparatively (+17% 3000 mil vs. 3540), for a GTX580/GTX680.
