Hum kind of torn here, this is a good buy, although today if you can find the extra for the overall out of pocket and the final extra $21 that MSI GTX560 is still on at Egg for $145. Ben thinks his links are spam, so I can’t post it, search N560GTX-M2D1GD5 (Monday, Feb 2), don’t mind the picture it's of a Zotac.

Basically the same card except the 560 will offer better FPS and normally right about 20%. If this was $116 that would be exactly 20% less than the GTX560, though there's the kicker of this being OC'd by 7-8% so it gets a little closure.
Use this recant review to compare the performance of the two. The 7770 at this price isn’t in play and might never be until Nvidia has a 28Nm part that also imposes TSMC price increase. Right now Nvidia is in the driver’s seat and has opportunity to move a lot of the 40Nm parts.

I liked my evga gtx 460 sc, its super quiet and cooler compared to my MSI R6850 OC. Not sure how it sucks more energy maybe its all in the heatsink that it runs cooler/quieter. I dunno if these dual fans will make a lot of noise.
For the 6850 are you talking Cyclone versions or that super low end red/black fan shroud version, even while a heat pipe/ single fan it wasn't much. It's a little biased to compare to a premium offering like an EVGA Super Clock to that, and the reason I shy away from MSI-AMD lines unless its a proper Cyclone or Twin Frozr offering.
Is your SE the 01G-P3-1373-AR; 763MHz clock, 1526MHz shader, 3800MHz memory with 256-bit GDDR5 that even at it's low had $200 price tag after rebates in March 2011, the MSI 6850 went for $143 working a healthy $30 rebate back Jan 2011.
