Newegg has the MSI N560GTX-Ti-M2D1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card for $220 - $40 rebate [Exp 10/21] = $180 with free shipping. Features an 832MHz core clock, DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.1, 1 x mini HDMI, 2 x DVI.
Back Dec 2011 $190 was a good deal, although today Nvidia's Fermi GPU's are no longer a good investment at this kind of pricing. I'd suggest a GTX660 as Fermi's problem with high-latency in like BF3 is substanial.

I'd like the say look at the GTX650Ti, but again have a look against that XFX 7850 1Gb that went for $145 a few day ago. But it really depend on what you like to play.
