This is a good deal for a reference clock, dual fans... I suggest you not fence sit, $/perf and good Eggviews. I don't consider the 7770 as a good match, I mean a 128-Bit vs 256-Bit is a bit of a stretch, but this or the 6850 for $120-130 it's nice to see this price. I'm surprise of this price I would've thought $150 bare minimum at least at this point in time; this might have real significance (clue) to what's come down the pipe.

Though Mano-a-mano it's interesting... here a XFX 7770 1GB Black Edition Super Overclocked 1120/1300 Vs Palit GTX 560 Overclocked (Sonic Platinum) 900/1050. I'm surprised it wasn't worse for the 7770.
