Newegg has the MSI N650TI 1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card for $140 - $30 rebate [Exp 1/31] = $110 with free shipping. Goes for $148+ elsewhere. Includes Borderlands 2. Features 768 CUDA Cores and a 954Hz core clock.
This appears to be a decent buy... again big MSI rebate. Hard to give anything much on this there's just no reviews for this a their pedestrian version (not the Power Edition). The cooler on this is nothing special, but the GK106 are nice cool running so it should do what's required fine.
I'd like to see this MSI GTX 650Ti up against their MSI R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC (954Mhz 3% vs. ref 1020MHz 2%) , from the other day that went for $90; again huge $35 rebate. The 7770 would stay close, but the reviews below that 7770 hitting 1180Mhz (16%) and I’d say it can pull ahead of this GTX650 Ti, whatever it offers as its top OC. I mean you’re paying over 30% more for the Nvidia and I don’t see you realizing 30% performance jump.
This is a recent article is showing that with both in reference trim the GTX650Ti is 14-15% above the 7770 @1920x, however that’s not where either would be considered to excel. Wish they'd done 1680x that all these are good for in the modem titles they used. Now their reference 650Ti could hit 1088Mhz (17%), while it's the cards with memory running a 7200Mhz that saw the best bump in FPS. But we just don’t know what ASIC quality of these MSI GK106 might be. http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/graphics/display/geforce-gtx-650-ti-roundup.html

Here's two reviews on the MSI 7770 with OC'n potential. Notice the cooler has a single H-P at least and W1zzard found it to work well.
