Perfect card for an HTPC. HDMI, passive, full HD video decoding, audio over HDMI. Don't know if it comes with a low-profile bracket, though.
NewEgg's picture gallery for this card does not show an included low-profile bracket, so it probably doesn't include one. Same price after rebate and free shipping at NewEgg, by the way.
The Asus HD4350 at NewEgg includes both type mounting brackets. Price is $33 with free shipping before a $10 rebate ($23 after rebate):

Agree with #1,but be aware that card will take up 2 slots because of high heat sink.
Gets quite toasty at times.
You'd want the next slot empty with any passively cooled card for sufficient airflow. Even better, leave the adjacent slot's rear case bracket cover off so the fan(s) pull air through it.
Will this fit AGP?
