No, but there are barebones out there that do have it. The Asus P1 and P2 do (slightly more expensive), as does the MSI Hetis 900 (same base price as this, but $6 more for shipping).

the Wind PC has two SATA connectors, and MSI's website indicates there is a 5.25" bay and 3.5" bay, but I can still hook up two hard drives inside the machine, right?
Stupid question #465: Anyone know if the BIOS on these things makes the USB and CF drives appear as normal hard-drives to the OS? I want to install this as a router, and the less moving parts the better, so if I can boot/install from an CD image connected to USB onto an inserted CF and boom: instant Networking Appliance.
