NewEgg.com has the MSI Wind PC Intel 945GC 1 x 200Pin Intel GMA 950 Black Barebone System for $140 + $15 shipping = $155 shipped. Add some 200Pin Notebook SODIMM Memory & a Hard Drive to get it functional. Operating system not included. Here's an article discussing the power usage of systems based on this architecture.

No, but there are barebones out there that do have it. The Asus P1 and P2 do (slightly more expensive), as does the MSI Hetis 900 (same base price as this, but $6 more for shipping).

#1, just shut up before you make yourself look dumber. Go read the article Ben linked and educate yourself.

the Wind PC has two SATA connectors, and MSI's website indicates there is a 5.25" bay and 3.5" bay, but I can still hook up two hard drives inside the machine, right?

Stupid question #465: Anyone know if the BIOS on these things makes the USB and CF drives appear as normal hard-drives to the OS? I want to install this as a router, and the less moving parts the better, so if I can boot/install from an CD image connected to USB onto an inserted CF and boom: instant Networking Appliance.
