What the hell, for this price, it will be a fun novelty device. Looks like the plugs might be able to charge my cell, garmin gps, sansa mp3. I can at least use the adapters for home/work without taking the original cables from home.

This thing is really, weak. I own this and my blackjack phone and my GPS tomtom one cannot be charged from this/with this. Additionally, the mini-4G sansa can be charge but it does not provide constant power what I mean by this is that it behaves as if you were connecting and disconnecting power (not sure if this would hurt the device but I would not risk this)
Also, you really really need DIRECT sun light to get anything out of this not 'thru the window kind of sun light'.
The only nice thing about this are the adapters that can be
used with other chargers but the solar cell in this thing has
proven itself to be useless for practical device charging.
I would not recommend this unless you want the adapters.

Ahah #2 damn now you are making me rethink my purchase. I just canceled it. No point in buying useless stuff even if they are novelty.

Thanks #2, I was wondering about the power output on this device to use on by gps and your review covers it all.

Total crap. I bought it and it won't work with my phone either. not nearly enough power. weak solar cells. avoid.

Solar energy is for the weak minded losers from Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, or anywhere in CA.

Use the environment destroying batteries and don't worry about it!

It's a nice idea, but definitely needs some improvement to be remotely useful.
