    #18 it depends on your solar exposure, or how much sun the device could 'capture' ...

    aka it's not going to charge you phone 'overnight' .. but if set out in the sun, facing south, .. it would depend how big of a battery you are charging. (nano / 60gb.. big difference)

    most usb chargers put out 5v and around 500mA, so at it's best it should charge in about the time it takes to charge from a wall wort + 20%.

    This thing charges via USB cable. Specs say it outputs 6.58V 320mA max. Suppose it reaches max voltage on a sunny day, but your device expects 5V (like normal USB), would this be harmful to your device?
