I wouldn't buy it again although the text-to-speech was good. I had it and sold it. It only has maps of the continental 48 US states, the ability of it to show you complicated off-ramps is way overrated, the piano finish is a magnet for fingerprints, the location of the usb port for charging in the car makes is difficult to properly mount in a car (it's on the bottom), the maps are gray except for the road that you are on, and you have to manually switch the night mode and day mode features.
It comes with nothing except the unit, a quick guide, a car charger which is just a 12 volt usb charger, the mount and a sticky pad for the dash.
There is no way to get maps of Hawaii or Alaska. You can also forget Canada.
Hmmm. I haveit, like it and it does have canada maps available just got to the navigon site or ebay. gpspassion has a few hacks for it too.
i have it and like it. mine came with the traffic for $100 on BF. if this had traffic i'd get another one.
if you mount the unit to your windshield, you should have no trouble getting to the usb port
