Yes, it's a good price. I bought one last fall for $150 and like it very much. It has life-time traffic updates that are a big help when traveling.

Great interface, horrible POI database - I could never find anything I was looking for. Besides, you have to cancel out of your navigation to find something.

I have the 2100T Max, paid $180.00. The Max model also includes 2 years free map update. It pick up signal and re-calculate the route as quick as Garmin. Text-to-speech is clound and clear. I can find most POIs I'm looking for. Of course Ben's Bargain is not in the POI database, so don't look for that in the GPS's.

You don't have to cancel out of navigation, you can pick a POI on route and it will show you some that are nearby. I really like the 'reality view' and company logos that show up on the screen so you can see when things are nearby.

From completely off it takes a few minutes to acquire. Longer if the weather is bad, but when you just let it 'sleep', it can come back pretty quickly.

The re-calculation is so quick, unlike my old Garmin. Voice directions are very nice and it speaks the street names too.
