      my navigon is junk, it takes me the LONG way EVERYWHERE, where as my other garmin and magellen both take the normal routes. I wonder if an oil company owns navigon.

      Just ordered it, My other gps is connected to my laptop. I wanted something small and simple. I'll add a new comment after I test it out.

      This unit is not bad at all. It can be set up to avoid/prefer highway and local. Traffic update is nice too. The only shortcoming is the smallish screen. Look for 7100 if you need bigger screen.

      its junk...i hate it. buyers beware, ecost return policy, u can't return this crap man. i'm stuck with it and now i got to deal with trying to sell it on amazon or ebay..

      A co-worker of mine has one of these - I really liked the display that showed the signs over the lanes and made it totally clear where exactly you needed to be.

      I've gotten misguided by my Nuvi from time to time when the text on the signs didn't match the voice prompts given by the GPS.
