Dang I wish my scanner could do that!
.... Wait it CAN!
I have really been wanting one of these for a while but when a deal is $350 I just do not think I will be getting it. As Interloper said my current scanner can do it although I have used family member's Neat scanners and by the nine divine that thing made my going paperless kick so much easier. Now that I no longer have hundreds of receipts to go through I can just get by with my good ol' fashion scanner bed.
I think the key sale point for this scanner is :
1) built-in duplex capability it can scan both side w/o flip paper
2) auto document feeder- which you can find in a lot of AIO printer.
3) Manage S/w
However I prefer use my AIO flatbed printer and flip the paper myself to save this $350. I do think this is way over priced.
I've been considering something like this as well, but don't want to fork over $350. Can anyone recommend a piece of software that will do something similar to what this thing does? Especially the picking store/dates/amounts off receipts, which I have a backlog of 300 or so to do.
Cool! A scanner for $350??? It's like I've gone back in time 15 years!
