Nero's bloat isn't a big deal. Install as minimally as they'll allow then disable any unwanted startup items and services. Then you're just left with a few hundred MB of extra HDD space used but unfortunately that's a typical level of waste for products these days... and you can delete most of that if it matters.

Burning software is good. All the rest of the stuff is crap. If you buy, do a custom install to try and avoid the bloatware that's included.
