Dual-layer burning? At $4 w/ FreeShip you just may have to buy two to do that. Actually, just a simple Googling shows that it does...
uhh #2, using a BT dl is probably just as legal as buying OEM software ... "Must be purchased or bundled with hardware" .
I don't think that you're gonna get busted either way ..
#1 great idea, make sure you get a virus scanner from there too. That way you can get rid of the trojan/virus you get from the included key generator

#6, but the problem is, what are you gonna use to scan your Anti Virus software from bt? download another AV software? but what's gonna scan that one? so on and so forth...
#1, at $4.00 buy the damn thing cheapskate. Support a good product so people can keep writing software for you to pirate.
How would this be any better than Nero Essentials 6? All the DVD encoding stuff craps out after 30 days, this looks the same. I see a lot of complaints about 7 & 8 and people dropping back to 6. To burn good ISO's I have to use other freeware.
Nero has really become bloatware with their last 2 versions. Crash and Burn said it best with dropping back to ver 6 for getting the job done.
Fry's (in-store) had the full Nero 8 Ultimate suite for $20 A/R this week. Not sure if it's still going on...
I reverted to version 6, the later versions simply have too many features and just make things more complicated

#6, use comodo for free AV software... and yeah, $4 buy the damn thing if u need to use it.
yup, Nero 6 for me too. 7 and 8 really bog me down.
