Each upgrade is bigger and more messy than needed. What ever happened to a simple burn app?

I downloaded Nero's simple free burning version and went to burn an audio CD and got a message I'd have to buy the full version! WTF?

Yeah there's a lot of bloat, but why is that a negative?!? You can easily just install the parts that you need. Nero Burning ROM and Recode do it for me. As for all the rest.. don't know and don't care.

I'm with #6, along with a bit of DVD Fab 7.

Seems to me that #9 knows quite a bit about shrinkage...

DVDShrink is a fine program, but it doesn't actually burn anything. You still need Nero/ImgBurn/DVDDecrypter/etc, right?

They don't make this like they use to. AKA Nero 7.

You can get a "lite" version off P2P then use your legit license from the purchased product.

After version 6 I left and haven't looked back.
Currently using Ashampoo Burning Studio 10 (torrent download)
Does everything I need it to do and a small foot print.

I would NOT recommend Nero. I downloaded a trial from their website and got tired of it in a few days. Uninstalled it and ITS STILL ON MY PC. I performed the uninstall with Revo Uninstaller and deleted everything it left over.

Avoid Nero! Go with Roxio or something else!
