Very good dual-radio router (not dual-band N) that runs dd-wrt very well. Range is limited. Other than that, it's very good for the price. No giga ports or USB, FYI.
I just finished setting one of the 3400's (N600) up today for someone with a wireless surround sound system. The 2.4GHz speakers and router did not get along, and this solved it perfectly with the 5GHz band.
If you haven't used one before, the router basically has two SSIDs, one for each freq. You can selectively enable/disable each freq, if desired.
I didn't test the max range, but it was able to hold a solid 5 bars of signal at the same location that the old 11g Belkin couldn't even get a signal to.
these routers are very fragile. there are so many refurbed ones floating around because they break easily. one i received with a wan port that didn't work. the replacement i got worked, but the wireless radio got fried in a blackout (it was on a surge protector, though).
