I got this a while back for a similar price and Refurb, along with the Refurb PCMCIA Netgear draft N card for an additonal 20 or so dollars. The router was nice, but the card had a layer of some sticky oil-like substance. I used rubbing alcholol and it cleaned it. Pretty gross.
