Cheap stuff, but there are some great items.
The "Meritline 2.5 SATA and IDE HDD Dual-purpose USB2.0 Aluminum External Enclosure" is great for old laptop drives.
Doesn't matter if it's IDE or USB since it has both ports. I've bought over a dozen of these over the past 2 years, and had no problems. Works with 7200 RPM drives, windows XP, Vista, 2003, 2008, and even with USB Loader for the Wii.
