The auto shutoff's a nice idea, but the little door thing over the USB port is a bit of a pain to raise to get the USB plugged in. Still, it's a nice idea. I might try and weaken the spring that closes the little door.
It's sort of funny, a 110VAC 15A wall outlet, not covering the 110VAC holes, instead covering the 5VDC 500mA holes for safety.
If your child has access to low voltage bomb detonators and managed to wire one up to a USB plug and then accidentally plug it into this, THAT could be dangerous.
Will wait for the USB 4.0 Watertight 440v 3-Phase Twist-lock version.
Just don't stick it in the wrong hole!
