I have one of these. I paid about the same price for it, and it's great. I don't have to worry about carrying around a mouse, because it fits in my laptop and is always there. It's somewhat difficult to get used to it, but after a while, it's great. I would recommend it. (easy to set up too!)

How does it slid? I don't see any pads on the bottom of this thing.

One of the nicest, most used purchases that I have ever made...picked it up for $10 (Goog checkout + rebate) at Buy.com a year ago and I use it every single day. We have a mobile environment without a set cube/office and this mouse makes my life so much easier....expect coolness comments daily!

jlc_38, It's got a kickstand - small hinged bar - in the back that flips open downwards....the front of the mouse touches the table while the butt(because of the kickstand) is about an inch in the air - think 'doggy-style'!!

This wont fit in most new notebooks.
