I grabbed one of these about 4 months ago, and its still in one piece but starting to show wear. I usually pull the nike+ sensor out after every use, and I run about 3 -4x a week, so tears are starting to develop around the slot. If you are only using it occasionally, or if you don't plan to remove the sensor, this should be fine, but if you expect heavy use it might be best to pick up 2 or 3 just in case.
Running is too much work and causes your joints to wear out prematurely. Lots of time better spent doing something more productive.
