After 3 years of using my Coolpix S200 I sold it and bought the S570. Bigger, brighter LCD was nice, picture quality excellent but the write to disc time was incredibly and frustratingly slow. I did my best to change the settings to help the write time but nothing worked.
So I sold it (got it for $125 on Black Friday) and bought a Canon PowerShot SD 1200IS which I am very happy with. Having had a photography business for 20+ years using exclusively Nikon film and then digital cameras I can not recommend any of their current Coolpix models other then the S1000pj. Not that I know if it takes great photos but the coolness factor of having a built-in projector.
