I can't even get a coupon to work. It says "The following coupons have been entered but require additional information or do not meet eligibility requirements. Click "View Details" link(s) for more information." Any thoughts. And no free case.
I think you will need to sign up for their Preferred card to get the price cut. (The case is probably the grip case - last item on the accessories list).
Customer support said the coupon is only valid for Dell Small Business.
