is the dsi smaller (size wise) than the ds lite?

#1 the DSi is the same size as the DS lite but has a bigger screen and new features, but take something away from the DS lite.

My son has both and is only now playing the SDi and selling his DS lite.

IMO it's minutely thinner and more boxy/squarish then the DS Lite. I have both but the SD memory card slot to store your fun photos is great.

just a DS lite with a camera. they charge you more and they take away the GBA slot

Posted before that I really don't see this as much of an "improvement" over the DSl. The "extra's" are gimmicky and of little to no redeeming value once their novelty wears off (quckly!). Add to that the loss of the GBA slot and it's a pass in my book. Defintely not worth upgrading.

wow already 150ish, that's fast. oh BTW, if you didn't know for all the upgrades... you get about an hour less of playtime compared to the DS lite.

A significant difference will be found in those that uhh...like homebrew on their DS. The DSi, as best I can tell, does not have a solution right now.

Aw man, I just bought the DSi at full price, like two days ago.

This is deal is ok, if you really want one now. I own a DS Lite and personally I don't know if a DSi is a big enough change to switch me over. First timers who are debating between a DS Lite and a DSi, it basically boils downs to GBA or no GBA.
