Target has it for $200 and you get a $20 giftcard.
Either way you have to pay sales tax.
BUT I CAN SAVE A DOLLAR WITH DELL!!!
What's such a big deal with the Gamecube controllers that it has to be mentioned in every description? Do people really buy Wii to play old games that does not support 16:9 and the new remote/nunchuck?
@3, some of the games are just way to hard to play with the wiimote, like smash brothers, which works much better with the gamecube controller. And also, honestly, the Wii just doesn't have that much good games in the first place. Wii sport is probably still one of the best game on the Wii.
Best game for the Wii... Mario Galaxy by far. It's the best in the franchise.
The ability to use Gamecube controllers on the Wii is nice, but to play old games I simply use a Gamecube. If you are patient you can find old Gamecubes on Craigslist with some games and controllers for less than $50. I bought the Wii and then looked at used Gamecubes for controllers and older games. For $60 I got 7 games, 4 controllers, 2 memory cards, and the Gamecube. I find myself not using the Wii to play Gamecube games.
The Wii started great. Novell concept and it had a lot of potential. Sadly the games just aren't there. There are some gems, but not enough to really keep my interest any longer. The 2nd Mario Galaxy is going to be nice, but there are simply too few new, good titles.
where does it say you get $20 back from target? i see free wiimote glove.
In contrast to #5, I do use my Wii as a GC...figured I saved a few bucks, and one less box taking up space in the entertainment center. There's really very little advantage to having a real Gamecube over using the Wii unless you want to use some of the odd peripherals, like the GameBoy player.
@#6
It was in my sunday ad.
HHGregg is going to have the Wii for $169.99 on Black Friday. Although it might be better just pay the extra $10 and go through Dell since the deal at HHGregg is only after a MIR.
