Bad return policies. Sub par customer care. Never had luck with Costco.
What happened, No. 1? I've never had any problem with them. In fact, they've always been one of my favorite places to shop, and they're known for treating their customers and employees well.
Yeah #1, 90 day no question returns on electronics, lifetime on almost everything else, awesome customer care. Compared to places like Best Buy who just reduced returns to 15 days if you are not a silver member, and has probably the worst customer service in America.
I agree, #3. Costco's 90 day no question returns on electonics is awesome compared to Best Buy or Fry's Electronics. That is more than enough, IMO.

People used to buy their big screens at cowtco then 2-3 years later return the tv for a larger one sometines with money back- that the return policy he dissed
This policy was criticized by stock holders and was scraped a year or two ago but it was their for decades.
I had had an issue with my card and the store manager hand delivered a new one to my home. Doesn't get much better than that.
Gotta agree with the majority....Costco is one place which has outstanding return policies. I actually think they're way too liberal and people take advantage of them.
