There seems to be a $36 Activation Fee and $0.86 plus tax per month service fee to T-mobile regardless of usage. Contract is for 2 Years. Dont know what that means for pay as you go phone. May be Another $36 after two years for reactivation.

This is prepaid plan and doesn't have any contract.
This phone works really well. If you get the $100 card, then that will provide you with 1000 minutes that does not expire for a year. Then, add as little as $10 next year, and your balance of minutes will carry over. But you have to remember to do so before your minutes expire.
