Any body got experience with WireFly? One of my friend told me it took real effort to get the rebate from them...

Never did a rebate deal with them but I did buy 3 phones and everything worked out great. Their support seems to be in India so keep that in mind.

I know people who have had success with them. I did not. I ordered a phone from them and there was some problem with my information on file with Verizon and when I tried upgrading my phone with Wirefly they didn't send my phone overnight which I paid for. After 2 days I called them and they said there was a problem and they made no attempt to contact me.

Last time I used them, rebate could be submitted only after 4 billing cycles as a proof that contract wasn't canceled or something else. Of course I forgot to mail out the rebate after that period of time and ended up paying quite bit of money. Customer service is not great! People say that Let's talk is not that bad...

I bought the same phone for my wife at ATT store and she likes it. Remember if you are renewing your contract with WireFly or Let's talk then you lose your "specials features" such as extra anytime minutes etc...

Be careful when they offer free activation for new contract,ATT still charge you for it,you have to call ATT when your first months bill come and tell them about the promotion that wirefly offer when u sign up then they will deduct that fee.thats what happen to me few months ago.

The form factor/fit and finish of this phone is excellent. The metal back and solid construction gives this phone a real quality feel.

Good phone bad company to get it from. Wirefly is the maggot that arose from rotting carcass of inphonic and company that was killed by the scums that built and run it and finished off by their poor service. Founder of inphonic is well known backstabber john scully the turd aka steve jobs' judas.
