Barnes & Noble on ebay. It's true about the bad reviews. The worst customer service. I would never buy anything from them again. Also, burned me on the HP Touchpad deal.
I haven't had any bad experiences with B&N customer service. Actually they were very helpful solving issues every time I walked with my Nook into the store. The simple touch reader is great if you want just the ebook reader. It is light and does not need to be charged as often as the color nook my wife has.
