Walmart has the Norelco 7310 / 7310XL Waterproof Electric Shaver for $30 with free in-store pickup. Shipping to home is $5. Features a facial trimmer, rubberized side grips, hair collecting chamber and includes a cleaning brush. Good user reviews.
I bought an older norelco at a yard sale. it was incredibly easy to solder in a new pair of nimh rechargable batteries. now it works better than new (in battery capacity)
Norelco shavers are nice. I have both a norelco and a panasonic. While the Panasonic has nice weight and feel to it (more powerful), it also pulls at times. The Norelco never pulls. Its light and quieter. I shave every other day.
I prefer Panasonic, my Norelco really chews up my neck. Little cuts everywhere. It is a newish but lesser model that is washable but not waterproof, doesn't work when plugged in.
I have this model I got on black friday 2008 for $15. It works really well despite the price and rarely needs a recharge. One charge is enough to last me for about 2 months of daily shaving.
my nuts are getting a lil furry

Personal hair grooming items always bring out the morons.

$39.94 in store, not $30.
Hmm, I might pick this up. I'm a lazy person
